Description
SDP10 is a kind of light, insulation, noise reduction material which used for the alternative solution for the traffic industry provided by Shunda Company. The open cell flexible PU foam can be used to form a seamless airtight sealing layer inside the bus compartment, so that will effectively reduce the heat loss, noise and vibration, and greatly improve the comfort of passengers.
The density of SDP10 is only 8-10kg/m3, which can greatly reduce the weight and the cost. Compared with the traditional rigid PU spraying foam, this lightweight foam can reduce the weight by 70%, thus reducing the overall fuel consumption, reducing CO2 emissions. The structure of SDP10 also has acoustic damping effect, which can create a more quiet environment inside the bus.

The material is normally supplied in iron pail with Zinc coating in standard container, 220kgs/drum.
Storage Recommendations：
The SDP10 is hygroscopic and containers must be kept sealed tightly to prevent absorption of moisture, which can adversely affect processing. During the transportation, it should avoid serious shake and strong sunlight. It should be stored in ventilated place, avoiding light, water and fire. Recommended storage temperature is 10～25℃.
