Blend Polyol for making rigid polyurethane foam used for imitation wood system

Description

SD2702 formulated polyol is a kind of pouring polyurethane rigid foam system designed with the HCFC-141B system. It is specially used for the imitation wood system. It contains all the raw materials and auxiliaries necessary for the production of rigid polyurethane foam including the blowing agent. It has the characteristics as following:

n  High hardness and light weight.

n  Moisture proof, moth proof, mould proof and good insulation effect.

n  Simple molding technology, high production efficiency, especially conducive to the formation of complex patterns of products

n  It is conducive to environmental protection

Applications

This product is suitable used for production of the wood like polyurethane product, it can be widely used for decorative plates, pots, mud board, roman column, crafts, frame, car cover, car roof and so on. It is a kind of blend polyol which mainly used to replace the wood, gypsum and other materials in the production.

SD2702 type component polyether system will need use foaming machine, here with the laboratory index for reference, while the actual value will be different depending on the construction conditions. Testing formula:

Packaging： 

The material is normally supplied in iron pail with Zinc coating in standard container, 220kgs/drum.

Storage Recommendations：

The SD2702 is hygroscopic and containers must be kept sealed tightly to prevent absorption of moisture, which can adversely affect processing. During the transportation, it should avoid serious shake and strong sunlight. It should be stored in ventilated place, avoiding light, water and fire. Recommended storage temperature is 10～25℃.
